Pollo Campero, the world’s largest Latin chicken chain, today announced it is launching a colorful updated website. The site, www.pollocampero.com, is faster, friendlier, and caters exclusively to the brand’s U.S. fans.

The friendly, modern website features a bold color palette and easy-to-use features. The site is packed with photos and information including full menus, a menu search function, as well as nutrition and allergen data.

“Our new site is much faster, easier to navigate and more consumer friendly, accessible, and social. We love getting to know our customers when they step into our restaurants, and now we want to get to know them better online. They’ll also find that the web site is current with frequent updates and fresh promotions,” says Pollo Campero vice president of marketing Lisken Kastalanych.

For Pollo fans who are craving a Latin flavor fix, the site has an updated location search function that’s speedier than ever. Visitors to the site can also build their meal online, and see photos and nutrition information for the foods they crave. Each individual restaurant can update the site with new promotions and activities that will show on the home page.

The new site puts the U.S. Facebook fan page front and center with rotating promotions and a news feed displaying the latest updates. The Facebook fan page, which has more than 56,000 likes, updates fans with the latest news, offers, and specials. A special e-mail club is also on the website. The update is also better equipped for mobile device usage and is simpler to navigate.

“Pollo Campero as a brand is always loyal to its roots and flavors, but we’re also growing and expanding our reach with a new audience. Our first generation of aficionados now has children and grandchildren, and a new branch of U.S. consumers are eager to try different flavors from around the world. The new website is a great way to expand our relationships with existing fans while simultaneously reaching a new generation of Latin chicken lovers,” says Kastalanych.
