TOUS les Jours is launching a new seasonal menu featuring beverages and pastries beginning Sept. 7, followed by additional Halloween and Thanksgiving offerings later this fall.
The French-Korean bakery café’s September beverage lineup includes a Hojicha Latte, available hot or iced and made with roasted Japanese green tea and milk; a hot or iced Chai Latte; and an iced Pumpkin Aerocano featuring chilled espresso topped with pumpkin-spiced cold foam.
Two pastries will also join the menu. The Caramel Ribbon Croissant features flaky croissant layers with caramel, while the Crunchy Twist Donut is a hand-twisted Korean-style donut with a sugar coating and chewy interior.
Beginning Oct. 1, TOUS les Jours will introduce a Halloween collection featuring items such as the Pumpkin Spice Spiral Croissant, Vanilla Pecan Spiral Croissant, Sweet Potato Danish, Pumpkin Matcha Cloud Cake and Pumpkin Cheesecake.
The bakery café will follow with its Thanksgiving lineup on Nov. 1. Seasonal offerings will include the Injeolmi Pastry, Butter Pecan Cloud Latte, Maple Pecan Cookie Bun, Pecan Ribbon Croissant and seasonal cakes. Korean-inspired gifting items, including Yakgwa Pound Cake and Korean Crispy Rice Crackers, will also be available.
