Velvet Taco, the funky, fast-casual restaurant known for creating tacos with international flavors, will release a Mardi Gras themed Weekly Taco Feature (WTF) available at all locations March 4th through March 10th.
The Gator Gras taco features a homemade hibiscus corn tortilla topped with fried alligator, house shred, chipotle crema, corn pico, garnished with micro cilantro.
