Yampa Sandwich Company, the fast-casual premium sandwich restaurant with six Colorado locations in Colorado, is introducing two new limited-time menu items. Beginning today, October 16, Yampa Sandwich Co.’s menu will feature the Pork Carnitas Torta and Short Rib Bánh Mì. These sandwiches will be available through April 2024.

The Pork Carnitas Torta features savory, slow-roasted pork carnitas on a baguette, topped with smoky chipotle mayo, cilantro crema, jalapeño, tomato, lettuce, queso asadero and a side of tomatillo salsa. 

Additionally, the Short Rib Bánh Mì features tender braised beef short rib on a baguette with tangy Asian pepper sauce, cilantro, pickled carrot, jalapeño and radish sprouts on top. 

The two limited-time menu items are heating up the menu with spicy and savory flavors just in time for the cooler months ahead. Yampa Sandwich Co. locations are open for breakfast, lunch, or early evening meals. The menu features bold flavors and gourmet ingredients to satisfy any craving. Catering and box lunches are popular with outdoor adventure enthusiasts, executives, and office workers alike.
