Prince St. Pizza, the New York City-born pizzeria known for its Sicilian-style square pies and signature pepperoni-loaded slices, is joining forces with Megadeth on a limited-edition pizza created in celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the release of the band’s Platinum album, Peace Sells…But Who’s Buying. Available Sept. 23 through Sept. 27 at Los Angeles locations, the collaboration will also give fans a chance to attend sold-out, An Evening with Megadeth at the Grammy Museum on Sept. 24 and meet the band.
Megadeth formed in 1983 by Dave Mustaine and spent the next four decades shaping what heavy metal sounds like. Fifty million records, a Grammy Award, 12 more nominations and nine Top 10 entries on the Billboard 200 later, the band still plays loud and fast for millions of global fans. They are currently on the sold out Run For Your Lives stadium tour with Iron Maiden.
The Vic’s Pepperoni is a New York-style round built on original pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella and all-beef pepperoni; packaged in a custom box designed for this promotion.

With the show currently sold out, the pizza also becomes another way in. Rewards members who order a slice or a full-size Vic’s Pepperoni are entered to win one of five pairs, 10 seats in total, to the Sept. 24 performance. Entries close Sept. 23 at 8 p.m. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and fans may also enter via e-mail in accordance with the official rules.
One of the five winners will also receive the grand prize of sitting down with Mustaine, Teemu Mäntysaari, James LoMenzo and Dirk Verbeuren to enjoy a slice of pizza before the show on Sept. 24. Another 20 will take home a collaboration box signed by Megadeth, packed with a Peace Sells T-shirt.
