Prince St. Pizza, the New York City-born pizzeria known for its Sicilian-style square pies and signature pepperoni-loaded slices, is serving up a little extra appreciation this Veterans Day. On Nov. 11, the brand will donate 10% of in-store sales at participating locations to the American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces program. Through a partnership with CBS’ “NCIS: NEW YORK”, the donation will be matched up to $10,000.

Service to the Armed Forces provides critical support services to military members and their families, connecting loved ones during deployments and emergencies and providing care and comfort at military and veteran hospitals. Prince St. Pizza is also thanking those who served with a FREE slice of pizza at all of its locations on Veterans Day. Veterans and active-duty military can claim a slice at the counter by showing a valid military ID or proof of service.*

“Prince St. Pizza has always been about bringing people together, and we’re glad to put that spirit behind a cause that matters so much,” said Lawrence Longo, CEO of Prince St. Pizza. “With the support of our guests and ‘NCIS: NEW YORK’, we can help the Red Cross continue supporting service members and their families every day, not just on Veterans Day.”

Prince St. has made a habit of celebrity team-ups, and this one arrives as the recently launched drama continues to draw viewers. Cast members Devin Druid, Shane Harper and Jacqueline Byers will be at the Brooklyn location on Nov. 11, handing out slices to fans and veterans.

“NCIS: NEW YORK has the privilege of telling stories about people who serve, and now on Veterans Day our focus is to honor the real men and women who have served our country and the families who have supported them,” said Byron Balasco, executive producer and showrunner of NCIS: NEW YORK. “We’re proud to join Prince St. Pizza and the American Red Cross in saying thank you and showing our appreciation.”

“I’m so grateful that NCIS: NEW YORK and Prince St. Pizza are joining forces to honor and celebrate military service members and veterans this Veterans Day”, said Joshua Cain, Division Director of the American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces. “As a veteran myself, I am inspired by their support and collaboration.”

Founded in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood over a decade ago, Prince St. Pizza has become a national destination for its crave-worthy square pies, now served at over 20 locations across the U.S. and Canada. For more information, visit princestreetpizza.com.
