Slice House by Tony Gemignani, the highly successful fast-casual pizza franchise by world renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani, is proud to announce the November 2026 opening of its newest Northern California location in Tracy. Located at 2050 Ellis Town Drive in Ellis Village Town Center, the pizzeria will continue the brand’s expansion throughout the region, bringing Gemignani’s award-winning pizza to San Joaquin County and offering a welcoming, community-focused dining destination for local residents and visitors. The new restaurant is currently hiring across all positions and is expected to bring around 25 full- and part-time jobs to the community.

“Every new Slice House is an opportunity to introduce more people to the pizza styles and techniques that have shaped my career,” said Founder Tony Gemignani. “Ratika and Ranjan know our brand and share our commitment to quality, and it’s exciting to continue growing alongside partners who believe in what we’re building. We’re looking forward to bringing that same experience to Tracy.”

Franchised and operated by Ratika Tyagi and Ranjan Bhasin, longtime Slice House partners with multiple locations across California, Slice House Tracy marks the latest expansion for the experienced franchise partners, whose existing portfolio includes Slice House locations in Livermore, Castro Valley, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, and Milpitas. The new pizzeria will feature an expansive menu of Gemignani’s acclaimed New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or whole pizza. The menu will also include fresh wings, salads, and options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners. The beverage menu will consist of craft beers and premium wines, in addition to non-alcoholic sodas and juices. Slice House Tracy will have indoor seating for 16 people, outdoor patio seating for 38 people and will offer takeout, online ordering, and delivery. It will be open seven days a week – from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to grow alongside Slice House and see the enthusiasm for Tony’s award-winning pizza firsthand,” said Tyagi. “We’re excited to bring that same experience to Tracy and become part of the vibrant Ellis Village community. Whether it’s a quick lunch, family pizza night, or a casual dinner with friends, we look forward to offering locals a new go-to spot for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.”

Slice House Tracy will open in Ellis Village Town Center, a neighborhood shopping destination in Tracy’s Ellis community. The center features a growing mix of retailers, restaurants, and everyday conveniences, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Chipotle, BMO Bank, Great Clips, Pokemoto, and Wingstop. Situated near established and developing residential neighborhoods, including Waterstone Apartments and the surrounding Ellis community, the restaurant is conveniently located for local families, residents, and professionals seeking a casual dining option close to home. The location is also within easy reach of nearby schools, parks, and community amenities, including Anthony Traina Elementary School, Tracy Hills Park, and Dr. Powers Park. With Tracy’s growing residential population and its position as a connection point between the Bay Area and Central Valley, Slice House is poised to become a go-to destination for everything from family dinners and casual lunches to takeout and group gatherings.
