PFSbrands, the parent company of Champs Chicken, Cooper’s Express and BluTaco, announced two strategic promotions within its Senior Leadership Team that position it for rapid growth.

Dave Yarbrough, a veteran of PFSbrands for nearly 10 years, is assuming the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development & Field Operations. With this new role, Yarbrough maintains his leadership over the Field Operations team, which provides support to current customers, while also assuming responsibility for the Business Development team, in charge of establishing new branded accounts. This aligns both teams under the same goals and leadership to form a cohesive, effective group.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic, growing company,” says Yarbrough. “I look forward to leading the charge in bringing two outstanding teams together to achieve even greater success for our customers.”

On the operations side of the business, Brock Blaise has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Blaise will continue to lead the Quality, Customer Success, Warehouse, Logistics & Manufacturing areas, while now assuming responsibility of Project Management, Marketing and the Equipment Division.

“Operations play a vital role in a constantly growing business such as PFSbrands. With Shawn Burcham’s [founder and CEO of PFSbrands] emphasis on this area, I’m confident we can improve efficiencies and continue to grow at a high rate for years to come. I’m constantly amazed with our employee owners and the focus they place on continuous improvement. I am proud and excited to be a part of it,” says Blaise.

As PFSbrands continues to enhance its Senior Leadership Team, Burcham relies heavily on the group to play a crucial role in helping make strategic company decisions. “These two gentlemen have served on our Senior Leadership Team for the past several years. By creating these two new positions, I’m confident we will be able to provide even better support and value to our customers than ever before,” adds Burcham. “Congratulations to Dave and Brock. I thank them both for the skills, knowledge and servant leadership that they bring to PFSbrands.”
