Le Duff America Inc, the North American subsidiary of Groupe Le Duff SA, announced the hiring of Sheryl Fox as the senior director of nontraditional venue business development. In this role, Fox takes responsibility for growing Le Duff’s la Madeleine Country French Café, Brioche Dorée, and Bruegger’s Bagels brands in highly-trafficked, nontraditional foodservice venues, such as those in airports, universities, and healthcare hubs. She brings a strong track record of success developing brands in these settings.

Prior to joining Le Duff, Fox served in two different roles at Yum! Brands Express, most recently as senior marketing and development manager following a promotion from business development channel manager. Most recently at Yum! Brands Express, she oversaw the marketing strategy and analysis for KFC Express, Pizza Hut Express, and Taco Bell Express, all nontraditional takes on the Yum! collection of quick-service brands. Fox led the implementation of strategies that ensured the growth of the Yum! Express concepts while supporting the brands’ licensees through product marketing programs.

Additionally, at Yum! Brands Express, Fox’s responsibilities included oversight of more than 250 locations operating in transportation centers like airports, toll roads, and convenience/travel centers, and led the growth of the channel by 10–20 new units annually.

Previous positions include vice president of special retail markets for two Smith Mountain Industries brands, WoodWick and Virginia Candle; executive vice president at Orion Food Systems; and senior development manager at Pizza Hut.

Officing in Le Duff’s corporate headquarters in Dallas, Fox lives in the Dallas area and is a graduate of Wichita State University.
