Shake Shack brought back its Black Truffle menu nationwide on September 29 for a limited time, featuring three burgers, Parmesan Fries, and new Mac & Cheese Bites.
The menu centers on black truffle sauce made with truffle oil imported from Umbria, Italy. For the first time, guests can add the sauce to sides including Mac & Cheese Bites, Chicken Bites, and Onion Rings.
The lineup includes:
- Black Truffle Burger: An Angus beef patty topped with fontina cheese, crispy sweet onions, and black truffle sauce on a toasted potato bun.
- Black Truffle ’Shroom: A crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with shredded lettuce and black truffle sauce on a toasted potato bun.
- Black Truffle Shack Stack: An Angus beef patty topped with fontina cheese, a crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with muenster and cheddar cheeses, and black truffle sauce on a toasted potato bun.
- Black Truffle Parmesan Fries: Crinkle-cut fries dusted with Parmesan cheese and served with a side of black truffle sauce.
- Mac & Cheese Bites: Crispy bites filled with ditalini pasta and a cheddar and American cheese sauce.
According to Shake Shack, Black Truffle is among its best-performing limited-time menus. The company did not announce an end date for the promotion.
