Buffalo Wings & Rings is continuing to expand with the opening of a 160-seat restaurant in Crystal Lake, IL. The newest Buffalo Wings & Rings is located at 1520 Carlemont Drive, and husband-and-wife owners Victor Dakessian and Thuy-Yung Bui-Phan will mark the occasion with a private VIP event on Monday, July 13, 2009, followed by the restaurant’s official grand opening on Wednesday, July 15, 2009.

“Many members of the local community are excited that they’ll have their very own Buffalo Wings & Rings location right here in Crystal Lake,” says Dakessian. “My wife and I are big fans of chicken wings, and we can say that Buffalo Wings & Rings has some of the best we’ve ever tasted. We know that the people of Crystal Lake will come to love our restaurant as a great place to watch the game or bring their family for a delicious meal.”

Buffalo Wings & Rings Crystal Lake is the first foray into the restaurant business for Bui-Phan, a loan consultant; and Dakessian, who started his own company servicing medical laboratory equipment. The new restaurant has hired 50 new employees.

The Buffalo Wings & Rings menu boasts a wide array of fare, including taditional and boneless Buffalo-style wings, and hand-breaded chicken tenders, all available in nine different sauces with five customizable levels of heat. Guests are encouraged to dunk their favorite wings in the Buffalo Wings & Rings homemade bleu cheese dressing. The menu also features huge burgers, crisp salads and authentic charbroiled gyros, plus a full range of appetizers including nachos, chili-drenched sloppy fries, popcorn shrimp, mozzarella sticks and the chain’s namesake “Rings” – curly-q fries available with or without Cajun seasoning.

Crystal Lake guests will be able to view their favorite sports on 17 high-definition flatscreen televisions, which will air popular sports programming packages as well as special events from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The restaurant will seat 160 guests and offer wireless Internet access.

Buffalo Wings & Rings Crystal Lake will be open from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sundays.
