Sliderz MG Inc., a new South Florida-based restaurant group, is proud to announce the opening of the first of their seven locations of Sliderz Restaurants in North Miami. The 2,500-square-foot flagship location will open October 1 bringing a new fast-casual dining concept to the South Florida area. Sliderz aims to set themselves apart by not only appealing to clientele with incredible, high-quality, naturally sourced food, but also with unique and edgy branding. It will feature a creative eclectic menu and a hip interior with modern accents carrying over from the branding to packaging, décor, and overall vibe.
Sliderz Restaurants is the brainchild of Miami restaurant titan, Buzzy Sklar of Burger & Beer Joint fame who is beyond excited to unveil this new fast-casual eatery concept, something lacking in the Miami area.
“South Florida is a rapidly growing culinary scene. I’ve seen how it has grown over the past 20 years from little mom-and-pop local restaurants to world-renowned chefs opening new restaurants here. Most importantly, I have had some success in the restaurant business here in South Florida so it was the perfect testing ground for a fresh concept since I am familiar with the lay of the land,” Sklar says.
With seven locations set to open by the first quarter of 2017, Sliderz is sure to be a home run with national franchise opportunities in the very near future. Additional locations will include South Beach, Miami Midtown area, Fort Lauderdale, South Miami, Coral Springs, and Plantation.
Consulting Chef Josh Marcus (of Chow Down Grill and Josh’s Deli) assisted in curating a simple yet exceptional “American-style tapas” menu that will feature a variety of slider-sized options including beef, fish, pork, chicken, and vegetarian topped with innovative sauces and slider ‘fixins.’ All Sliderz Restaurants will use high-quality ingredients such as grass-fed meats, line-caught fish, and free-range chicken—all free of antibiotics and added hormones.
