Zero's Subs Opening Three New Locations
The first opening will be on Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach on Memorial Day weekend. The franchisee, Tony Schmidt, who is also the son of Zero's founder, Gene Schmidt, is gearing up for a busy opening weekend. The new store is located at the 2100 block of Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach, at the center of Virginia Beach nightlife.
The next location will be the first location in Durham, NC. The unit, located on Guess Road, is the fourth location for SHK Enterprises, who is currently operating three locations in the Chapel Hill, NC area. Guess Road will be open in the beginning of June.
The last location is the third for the Charleston, SC market, located in Irongate Plaza on Hungry Neck Blvd., in Mount Pleasant, SC. The two other locations are in Goose Creek and North Charleston. This store will be fully operational by the first week of June.
Zero's currently has over 50 restaurants in operation, and more than twenty-five under development. Zero's has also taken its expansion efforts internationally, with three units presently open in China, and two locations under development in Venezuela.
