Groupon’s on-demand delivery service, OrderUp has formed a partnership with Qdoba Mexican Eats to deliver from a number of the popular Mexican eatery’s more than 675 locations across the country. When it’s fully implemented, the new partnership has the potential to enable hungry customers in more than 40 markets to conveniently order food from Qdoba’s entire menu and have it delivered directly to them.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Qdoba and provide them with the scale and end-to-end ordering and delivery capabilities they need to reach new customers,” said Chris Jeffery, founder, OrderUp. “We live in an on-demand world, and more and more national brands are recognizing the importance of a trusted delivery partner to bring their food directly to consumers when they want it—whether it’s to their home, place of work or wherever they’re located.”

The partnership between the two brands has already kicked off in markets such as Baltimore, Maryland; Charlottesville and Richmond, Virginia; Cincinnati, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana, and Nashville and will expand to others in the coming months.

“On-demand delivery of high-quality foods with craveable flavors is clearly an innovative and growing trend that our target consumers are embracing. We see this as a great opportunity to enhance convenience for our guests,” says Mark Lohmann, Qdoba’s vice president of strategy and business development. “We encourage our guests to make each of our flavor-fueled Mexican entrees their own, and we needed a delivery partner that could handle numerous customizations and quickly deliver the final creation to the customer.”
