Just Salad, the New York City based healthy restaurant chain is proud to announce Lis Silveira as the new Director of Finance. Silveira will be responsible for leading all aspects of Finance and Administration while helping to drive best in class results by working closely with other department heads. She will play an integral role in Just Salad’s expansion through strategic business analyses.
In addition, Silveira has plans to implement new technologies that are scalable for future growth. Silveira comes from Dos Toros, where she was the Director of Finance.
Prior to Dos Toros, Silveira was at the Altamarea Group, helping grow the business from 3 to 12 multi-concept restaurants in New York, New Jersey and Washington DC. CEO and Founder Nick Kenner is enthusiastic about the new hire.
