Zoup! Eatery is officially open for business in the Robinson Town Centre shopping complex! The fast casual restaurant known for its award-winning soups and made-to-order salads and sandwiches opened the doors to its fourth Pittsburgh-area location on December 10.
The new restaurant is the second for franchise owners Dean and Toni Evers, whose Washington location celebrated its first anniversary in September. The Evers plan to open three to five additional restaurants throughout the Pittsburgh area.
“We’re thrilled to finally open our doors for our friends and neighbors in the area,” says Toni Evers. “Dean and I love Zoup!’s delicious gourmet soups and other innovative menu items like power bowls, and we’re positive that our new guests will love them, too.”
The restaurant hosted two “sneak peek” previews on Dec. 7 and 8, collecting almost $1,000 in donations for Global Links, a medical relief and development organization that works to redirect still-useful materials away from U.S. landfills to support public health programs in communities across the Western Hemisphere.

Zoup! features a wide variety of award-winning soups with 12 rotating daily varieties, including low-fat, low-cal, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options, all served with a hunk of freshly baked bread. Customer favorites include Chicken Potpie, Lobster Bisque and Loaded Baked Potato, but guests are encouraged to find the soup that’s perfect for them by sampling before they order. The menu also features seasonal, made-to-order salads and sandwiches, and all menu items are available in convenient catering sizes for groups of 10 or more.
