800° Woodfired Kitchen, known for its unique and innovative approach to the art of cooking with wood fire, has announced that it will open its next location in Asia in partnership with franchisee, Deelish Brands, in the Kinex Mall in Singapore’s Geylang township. The location will open on March 25 and will feature the brand’s signature woodfired oven and rotisserie, with an exciting menu that will bring innovative flavors and dining experiences to the area.
Originally founded in 2011 by Chef Anthony Carron, the philosophy of 800° Woodfired Kitchen starts with the purest ingredients — scratch dough, fresh produce and artisan-quality meats and cheeses — placed into specially designed woodfired stone hearth ovens to create unique smoke-infused flavors. With locations throughout the United States, the Middle East and Asia, 800° Woodfired Kitchen offers a diverse menu featuring both clean-eating and indulgent options. From satisfying salads, bowls, sandwiches, woodfired proteins and vegetable plates to their irresistible craft pizza, there is something flavorful and craveable to please the palates of every guest.

The franchisee, Mohamed “Moe” Ibrahim, is founder of Deelish Brands, a Singapore-based restaurant management company. The company currently also holds international rights to other fast casual chain restaurants, including Fatburger, Blimpie and Buffalo’s Express. Deelish Brands’ aim is to adapt Western fast casual restaurant brands for the halal customer and launch them in Southeast Asia.
“We are excited to bring the exciting flavors of 800° Woodfired Kitchen to this new Asian market in Singapore,” says Ibrahim. “The original restaurant menu lends itself well to the halal adaptation, and as Singapore is known for its culinary diversity, we are confident that 800° Woodfired Kitchen will be an amazing addition to our stable of franchises.”
In adapting the menu for halal diners, Deelish Brands has curated a veritable “best of” rundown from the original 800° Woodfired Kitchen menu selections. Guests can choose from five specialty pizzas, available in either 10-inch or 14-inch sizes, direct from the woodfired oven. The Chicken Pesto pizza ($17, $27) combines juicy rotisserie chicken, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses and cherry tomatoes on a base of pesto sauce. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza ($17, $27) features sliced ribeye steak, green peppers, onions and provolone cheese on a white sauce base. A Create Your Own Woodfired Pizza option is also available, and guests can enjoy their own combinations of six protein options, four cheeses and 10 vegetables, all cooked to order in the woodfired oven.
To start the meal, guests can choose from three appetizers, including two straight from the woodfired oven — Homemade Meatballs ($12) and Homemade Woodfired Breadsticks ($8). Two fresh salads are on offer, including the Perfect Caesar ($8) and Caprese Salad ($12), to which guests can opt for either rotisserie chicken or prawns on top for an extra $4.
800° Woodfired Kitchen’s signature rotisserie item is their juicy Rotisserie Chicken, and the Singapore location will offer quarter- ($12), half- ($20) and whole-chicken ($36) meals featuring the restaurant’s homemade sauces like Ranch, Pesto Ranch, Truffle Ranch, Buffalo, Smokey BBQ and Peruvian Green sauce. To complement the chicken, 800° Woodfired Kitchen offers a selection of four sides, including Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potato, Butter Corn and Garlic Butter Rice.
The restaurant will also offer a full specialty coffee selection, as well as 16-ounce cold drinks with refreshing flavors popular and familiar to Singapore, like Strawberry Matcha, Cold Foam Iced Espresso and Mango Cheesecake.
The restaurant will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on weekends from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. 800° Woodfired Kitchen – Singapore will be located inside the Kinex Mall at 11 Tanjong Katong Rd., Singapore, 437157.
