Saladworks took part in its largest fundraising event to date, being the finish line sponsor for the Susan G. Komen Philadelphia Race for the Cure, taking place on Mother’s Day, 2014 in Philadelphia. Saladworks’ sponsorship was a key element to ensure the success of the massive race, which requires dozens of sponsors at all levels to fund the event. The race has raised an average of $3.2 million to support breast cancer education, awareness, early detection, treatment, and survivor support programs in Komen Philadelphia's service area, as well as research.
