Villa Enterprises, a multi-brand restaurant operator and franchisor celebrating 50 years in business, announced Villa Italian Kitchen has introduced two Flatbreads to their menu, featuring Pesto Caprese and Spinach & Artichoke at participating Villa locations nationwide, beginning today, June 15 through September 28, 2015.

The new Pesto Caprese Flatbread features cherry tomatoes, fresh Galban Mozzarella cheese, and basil pesto along with Italian seasoning. The Spinach & Artichoke Flatbread Pizza ingredients include alfredo sauce, spinach, fresh Galbani Mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, artichokes, and roasted red peppers. Guests can choose to create a Value Meal by choosing a slice of Flatbread with one side and a drink for a special price, at any participating Villa Italian Kitchen location. 

“Our two new Flatbreads are a great addition to the menu, using fresh ingredients and flavors our guests will enjoy,” says Mimi Wunderlich, Villa Italian Kitchen, brand manager. “Both flatbreads are delicious, light, and offer a vegetarian option for swimsuit season!”

Besides the new Flatbreads, Villa Italian Kitchen features Neapolitan and pan pizzas handmade with fresh dough, 100-percent whole milk Mozzarella, and homemade sauce. Villa also offers large to-go orders and catering. Starting with its first pizzeria in New York City 50 years ago, the company’s Villa Italian Kitchen flagship brand now has more than 300 locations worldwide.
