Angry Chickz, the SoCal-born hot chicken brand, is getting fired up for its grand opening festivities at 1021 Helen Power Drive on Friday, April 5.

The Vacaville Chamber of Commerce and dignitaries will be on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on opening day at 11 a.m. that includes a variety of opportunities for hangry fans to win free food and merch. The grand opening festivities include:

  • The first 100 guests will receive limited-edition swag bags
  • 10 “Golden Meal tickets” will be given away randomly, which guests can redeem for one free combo meal every day during the entire month of April
  • 25 “Mac for a Month” tickets valid for all of April will be handed out randomly
  • Five free “Angry Chickz for a year” vouchers will be available through an on-site raffle

The “hottest” new restaurant in town will be near the Vacaville Premium Outlets, Walmart and Sam’s Club. This opening marks Angry Chickz debut in the area and adds to the brand’s growing presence as its 25th location system-wide.

“We’re excited to share our passion for the bold and blazing flavor of Nashville hot chicken with the Vacaville community,” says David Mkhitaryan, CEO and founder. “As we continue growing the Angry Chickz brand across California, we want to be known not only as the home of the best hot chicken but also as a local staple with the greatest customer service.”

Operating hours for the Vacaville Angry Chickz will be from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

Angry Chickz was founded in 2018 by David Mkhitaryan, who wanted to share his love of spicy chicken with the world. The restaurant has quickly become a cult favorite, known for its flavorful and fiery chicken sandwiches, tenders and legendary Mac & Cheese.
