Angry Chickz, the Southern California-born brand renowned for its Nashville Hot Chicken, is set to open its next location in Salinas on December 13th. This will be the first Angry Chickz in the area and its 28th location system-wide.

The new restaurant will be located at 1816 N. Main Street, Suite A in Salinas on the corner of Boronda and San Juan Grade roads. Operating hours will be from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

To celebrate its grand opening, Angry Chickz intends to collaborate with local schools and organizations and will host a special opening day event with activities and promotions to welcome the Salinas community. Hot off the recent openings of their Tracy and Bakersfield locations earlier this year, Salinas serves as a new, exciting spot for the Hot Chicken eatery as it continues its expansion throughout California and beyond.

“Salinas is an exciting opening for us as we continue to share our love of spicy chicken throughout California,” said David Mkhitaryan, founder of Angry Chickz. “We’re thrilled to bring our fiery flavors and unique dining experience to Salinas, and we look forward to becoming an integral part of this community.”

Angry Chickz was founded in 2018 by David Mkhitaryan, who wanted to share his love of spicy chicken with the world. The restaurant has quickly become a cult favorite, known for its flavorful and fiery chicken sandwiches and tenders.
