Auntie Anne’s, the world’s largest hand-rolled soft pretzel franchise, announced the appointment of Marcel Nahm as Vice President, Marketing. A food industry veteran, Marcel will serve as the lead marketing strategist for Auntie Anne’s and its more than 1,200 domestic locations.

As Vice President, Marketing, Marcel will be responsible for Auntie Anne’s marketing, creative development, communications, and research & development departments.
Marcel joins Auntie Anne’s from The Hershey Company, where he was most recently the VP Marketing/ General Manager, Snacks. In that role, Marcel was responsible for building Hershey’s non-confection portfolio, including brands like Krave Jerky, Snack Mix and Dipped Pretzels. Marcel also held the roles of VP Global Snack Development; General Manager, Americas Chocolate; Senior Director, U.S. Sugar Confection Portfolio; and Director, Global Marketing and Innovation during his 12 years with the company.
Before joining The Hershey Company, Marcel served as Director of Marketing for Mott’s. He began his career in the U.S. with Anheuser-Busch as Regional Manager, Latin America.
A native of Brazil, Marcel moved the United States to earn his MBA at the University of South Carolina. He resides in Hummelstown, Pa., with his wife and children.
