Canyons Burger Company and Baja Fresh Mexican announced two planned openings of a newly developed cohabitation concept. With the first scheduled to open in 2010 in Bozeman, Montana, both Canyons Burger Company and Baja Fresh will be outfitted in a large single retail unit highlighting the full menus and décor of each of the brands respectively. This will be Canyons’ first restaurant outside of Atlanta, and Baja Fresh’s first restaurant in Montana.
The cohabitating restaurants will be owned and operated by Tim and Heidi Redelsperger. The Redelspergers are founders of Snappy Lube & Snappy Auto Spa in California and Arizona. They have a background in multi-unit operations with an emphasis on community relations and customer service.
“The Redelsperger’s operational background will be sure to assist in the development and execution of this excellent new restaurant concept,” says Baja Fresh president Charles Rink. “We are thrilled to have them on board as our first franchisees of the Canyons and Baja Fresh cohabitation.”
“There is a significant niche for Canyons Burgers and Baja Fresh to expand in the Montana market,” the Redelspergers said. “We are happy to bring these two excellent brands to the region in 2010.”
