Bruegger’s Bagels, known for its authentic New York-style bagels and signature egg sandwiches, launched its winter menu featuring a combination of rich, sweet and spicy flavors in new and returning items.
With the New Year comes a new cream cheese variety, Sriracha Honey, which blends Sriracha hot chili sauce and sweet clover honey into Bruegger’s classic, 100 percent made-in-Vermont cream cheese. Delicious on any bagel or to add a spicy-sweet kick to any breakfast or lunch sandwich, the new flavor is also sold in tubs for a delicious addition to game day parties as a unique dip or spread.
The new cream cheese is featured on two new winter sandwiches, adding its spicy-sweet creaminess to the Sriracha Honey Sunrise breakfast sandwich, made with a seasoned fresh-cracked egg, peppered bacon and cheddar cheese on a toasted Everything bagel, and the Sweet Heat Turkey Sandwich, made with roasted turkey, cheddar cheese, crisp red and green bell peppers and Sriracha sauce on butter-toasted marbled rye bread.
And it isn’t winter at Bruegger’s Bagels without returning seasonal favorite, French Toast Coffee. Its rich flavor includes notes of creamy butter, warm cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup to wake up the senses on a chilly morning or to provide an aromatic afternoon pick-me-up.
“Our winter menu features complex, layered-on flavors that bring together sweet, spicy and savory to warm our guests when it’s cold outside,” says Bruegger’s Bagels Vice President of Marketing Judy Kadylak. “It’s the season for comfort foods, rich flavors and a little heat, which Bruegger’s Bagels delivers with its new offerings and returning favorites.”
The winter menu will be available through May 2 at participating Bruegger’s Bagels locations.
