Bruxie, an acclaimed “culinary casual” concept renowned for its inviting atmosphere and innovative menu offerings, including hand-crafted waffle sandwiches, famous chicken tenders, and artisan custard shakes, announces the grand opening celebration of its first Atlanta location in the vibrant community of Chamblee on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Prior to its official opening, Bruxie will open its doors for a soft opening beginning on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
Hailing from California, Bruxie combines a welcoming staff with a chef-driven menu that utilizes fresh ingredients and creative culinary ideas to deliver an elevated fast casual dining experience. After a warm welcome from their first east-coast location in Athens, Ga., Bruxie was eager to continue its expansion in the southeast, especially in a food-centric community looking to enjoy high-quality food in an upbeat environment.

Since 2010, Bruxie has combined a friendly atmosphere with high-quality ingredients, time-intensive processes and proprietary recipes to create a dining experience unlike any other. Inviting guests to explore new options with every visit, Bruxie’s wide-ranging menu features everything from hand-crafted chicken tenders and unique waffle sandwiches to desserts and shakes made with real Wisconsin custard. Sauces are handmade in-house daily, produce is freshly chopped onsite, chicken is marinated for 24 hours before being fried to perfection and the brand’s Belgian-inspired waffle batter was designed to achieve a delightfully light and airy texture with a crispy finish.

Bruxie currently operates eight restaurant locations in Southern California and now, two locations in Georgia. Chamblee is the tenth U.S. store, and the brand is tackling 2024 with a focus on continued expansion in California and Georgia. Following Chamblee, Bruxie will continue to share its innovative flavors with new locations on the east and west coasts.
