Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the award-winning Mexican-fusion concept, announces the grand opening of its first Massachusetts location in Brockton. The new restaurant is located at 735 Belmont Street in a high-visibility commercial retail plaza and is owned and operated by Payal and Deep Patel. The brand’s debut in the state marks another step in its continued East Coast expansion, building on its established presence throughout the region.

“Brockton has been our home for 20 years, so we know this community well and wanted to bring something different to the city,” said Payal Patel. “Bubbakoo’s stood out to us because there really is something for everyone, and guests have the freedom to create a meal that’s their own. We’re looking forward to introducing the brand to our neighbors and welcoming the community through our doors.”

To celebrate the grand opening, the first 50 guests to make a qualifying purchase will receive a year’s supply of free burritos, with one free burrito per month for a year. Guests can explore Bubbakoo’s signature Mexican-fusion menu, featuring customizable burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and more.

Additionally, the new location opens in time for guests to take advantage of Bubbakoo’s fall menu and seasonal promotions. Guests can try the brand’s newest menu additions, including Fried Cauliflower, available as both a starter and protein option, and Apple Pie Egg Rolls. Throughout the rest of September, Bubbakoo’s Rewards members can also participate in the Season Ticket loyalty promotion, earning 15 bonus BubbaKoin on qualifying visits and a free entrée reward after their fourth visit. Additional promotions throughout the month include Triple Score Sundays, food holiday offers and 15% off catering for fall gatherings.

“Opening our first restaurant in Massachusetts is an important step as we continue to grow Bubbakoo’s presence in New England,” said Chris Ives, CEO of Bubbakoo’s Burritos. “The Northeast is a familiar region for our brand, and we see a lot of opportunity to build on our roots and introduce Bubbakoo’s to more communities throughout the area. With Payal and Deep’s strong connection to Brockton, we’re confident they’ll be great partners as we establish our presence in Massachusetts.”
