Burger 21 is turning up the Southern charm as the award-winning “beyond the better burger” fast casual franchise Wednesday introduced a new Southern Lucy Burger and brought back a guest favorite, the S’mores Shake, available for a limited time. As a part of its unique culture, Burger 21 offers a rotating chef-inspired burger and shake combination to guests.

Guests can enjoy the featured menu items beginning July 21 at restaurants nationwide. Bursting with southern flavors, the Southern Lucy Burger features Certified Angus Beef stuffed with American and Swiss cheeses, topped with crispy onion strings and bacon aïoli on a bed of house-made tomato jam with a toasted brioche bun.

The featured S’mores Shake is a previous guest favorite that is anxiously returning. This campfire classic is a creamy blend of vanilla ice cream, Ghirardelli chocolate sauce and graham crackers, topped with a toasted marshmallow, mini graham crackers and more Ghirardelli chocolate sauce. Both are available while supplies last.
