Expanding upon an inventive chef-driven menu, Burger 21, the award-winning, “beyond the better burger” fast casual franchise, is introducing its new Steakhouse Burger and Red Velvet Shake pairing across the chain for a limited time. Available at all restaurants nationwide beginning January 21, the new burger will entice steak fanatics with the same hearty flavor you’ve come to know and love as part of a traditional steak dinner. And as part of the unique culture at Burger 21, the brand will donate 10 percent of its restaurants’ sales to a local charity or school in the communities it serves on that day.

Offered starting January 21, guests can enjoy the brand new Steakhouse Burger, created by Burger 21’s Corporate Chef Mike Remes. Offering the flavors of a steak dinner on a bun, the burger features a beef patty topped with blue cheese crumbles, sautéed spinach, crispy parsnip chips and house-made steakhouse ketchup. The Red Velvet Shake blends vanilla ice cream, red velvet chocolate milk and Philadelphia™ Cheesecake Batter together into a creamy concoction. The shake is topped with whipped cream and a piece of red velvet cake.

“Inside the Burger 21 kitchen we are always looking to innovate and create new and different combinations that will exceed our guests’ cravings and expectations,” says Remes. “With our new Steakhouse Burger, we are excited to combine the flavors of a traditional steak dinner while making it into an easy to eat burger. This combination with the Red Velvet Shake is another example of our commitment to going ‘beyond the better burger’ experience with a diverse chef-inspired menu.”
