The start of a new year often comes with resolutions to shake things up, which is just what Burger 21, an award-winning, “beyond the better burger” fast casual franchise, is doing with its all-new Curry Banh Mi Burger and Snickerdoodle Shake. Available at all of its restaurants nationwide beginning December 21 through January 20, the new burger will please flavor fanatics ready for a bold-flavored alternative to holiday leftovers. In addition to launching this new burger and shake, the brand will also donate 10 percent of its restaurants’ sales to a local charity or school in the community it serves. This commitment of giving back happens across the country in each restaurant on the 21st of every month.

Created by Burger 21’s Corporate Chef Mike Remes, the Curry Banh Mi burger features an exotic curry infused pork patty topped with crunchy pickled jalapeño and carrots, fresh cilantro leaves and a creamy spicy tomato aioli and set on a bed of sliced red onion on a toasted brioche bun.

The Snickerdoodle Shake blends vanilla ice cream with cookie butter syrup and a snickerdoodle cookie, then tops it with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar and a delicious snickerdoodle cookie garnish.

“At Burger 21, we are always innovating in the kitchen to make new and different combinations that will satisfy our guests’ burger and shake cravings,” says Remes. “Our Curry Banh Mi fusion burger combines the flavors of Vietnam and India and is our first-ever pork burger patty. It’s another example of our commitment to reinventing the power of the patty with a diverse menu.”
