Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop announces a special offer to Orange County and San Diego sandwich lovers to commemorate the San Diego State University location’s first anniversary. On Tuesday, September 3 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., fans can enjoy the chain’s signature sandwich, The Bobbie, for just $2. Capriotti’s fresh ingredients, hand-crafted subs, and expansive menu have earned numerous accolades and was named “Best Deli/Sub Shop” by San Diego Union-Tribune readers.
Capriotti’s signature sandwich, The Bobbie, is made with in-house roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, and a hint of mayo. Capriotti’s prides itself in its 37 year-old tradition of roasting whole turkeys in-house every day, ensuring each Bobbie is crafted with the highest quality. If guests aren’t in the mood for turkey, other favorites include sandwiches such as The Capastrami which features hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and cole slaw and lighter choices like the chain’s assortment of hand-tossed salads like The Black & Bleu, made with homemade roast beef, chopped greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, and bleu cheese crumbles.
“We are thrilled to bring our Orange County and San Diego fans the opportunity to enjoy a long-time favorite for just $2 to recognize the SDSU location’s achievements,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “The Bobbie has been a signature staple for Capriotti’s and we look forward to bringing it to even more hungry guests.”
Guests who visit Capriotti’s will receive one small $2 Bobbie per customer valid at participating locations from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. only. Participating Capriotti’s restaurants include Tustin, Newport Beach, Mission Valley, San Marcos, and SDSU.
