On November 5, Glendale, Colorado, residents will have the first-ever Carve Barbecue location to call their very own. Carve selected 1000 S. Colorado Boulevard, at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and E. Tennessee Avenue, as the perfect place for its debut.

To celebrate the opening and give back to the local community, Carve will donate 10 percent of all sales to the Denver Rescue Mission during grand opening day. In addition, the first 25 guests to arrive on grand opening day will receive free Carve for one year.

“We’re excited to reveal our innovative concept and menu selection this week, and equally thrilled to give back to the Denver community,” says Mitch Roth, CEO of Carve Barbecue. “As we grow, becoming engaged in the communities we serve is a top priority.”

Carve Barbecue is centered on serving ethically raised meats, smoked low and slow, carved to order, and paired with scratch sides made from the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. The menu reflects barbecue influences from around the country with the option to customize an order by choosing your style—street taco, salad, sandwich, or salad—and adding garnishments, sides, and hand-crafted signature sauces.

Founded in 2015, Carve Barbecue is a fast-casual barbecue concept that serves ethically raised meats, smoked low and slow, carved to order, and paired with scratch sides made from the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Carve is a publicly traded company created by Southern Concepts Restaurant Group and headquartered in Colorado Springs. In addition to Carve, Southern Concepts Restaurant Group owns and manages three full-service Southern Hospitality restaurants in the Colorado market.
