Chopt Creative Salad Co. announced a partnership with Birmingham-based company Moore’s Marinades & Sauces to introduce a new digitally exclusive salad highlighting football fans’ favorite flavors at Chopt’s two Birmingham area restaurants from January 24 to February 7.

Forever connecting with artisan partners to bring guests to new and unexpected flavors, Moore’s was Chopt’s first-draft pick for this buffalo chicken-inspired salad because of its close ties to the local community and 35-year legacy in crafting beloved hickory-flavored marinades and wing sauces. The Moore’s Buffalo Chicken Salad features the renowned Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce drizzled over fresh romaine and kale blend, crispy panko fried chicken, carrots, celery, pickled red onions, blue cheese and buttermilk ranch dressing ($12.95).

“Our sauces are best known for wings and we are thrilled to work with Chopt on a limited-time menu offering because it gives us the opportunity to showcase other ways to use our products,” says Garland Reich, Marketing Director of Moore’s Marinades & Sauces. “Creating the Moore’s Buffalo Chicken Salad was a natural fit for both brands, and timing is ideal as we head into the biggest game of the season.”

Giving football fanatics something else to look forward to before the end of this season, on January 28 Chopt will host a fun tailgate-styled event at its Vestavia restaurant. From 3 p.m. – 6 p.m., game day foodies in the Birmingham area are invited to come out for a sampling of Moore’s Buffalo Chicken Salad along with smoked chicken wings onsite by Moore’s while they enjoy a viewing of the semifinal playoff game in the parking lot at Vestavia Hills City Center. Admission is free to the public.

This limited edition salad will exclusively be available when ordering online via the Chopt website or award-winning app for in-store/curbside pickup and delivery at Chopt’s two Alabama restaurants in Vestavia Hills (708 Montgomery Hwy Suite 108) and Birmingham (331 Summit Blvd).
