Clementine’s Ice Cream announces expansion into the consumer packaged goods market with an exclusive partnership with Schnucks to bring the Midwest-based microcreamery to 30 stores across Missouri and Illinois. The announcement marks the small-batch ice cream brand’s first appearance in grocery stores on the heels of an intentional company expansion, where Clementine’s has grown to 11 parlor locations with a projected growth to 40 within the next five years. Along with its availability across select Schnucks locations, Clementine’s is currently available in their ice cream parlors across Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri, and ships its ice cream nationally on Goldbelly here.
Starting Wednesday, March 4, 2026, Clementine’s Ice Cream will roll out its chef-driven ice cream concept, crafted with all-natural dairy and housemade mix-ins, to Schnucks as one of the grocery store’s featured premium ice cream brands. Eight flavors of Clementine’s Ice Cream will be available, including:
- Gooey Butter Cake: A celebration of an iconic St. Louis pastry, made with rich and tangy cream cheese ice cream with housemade gooey butter cake layered throughout the pint.
- Italian Butter Cookie: Made with creamy Biscoff cookie butter folded with Biscoff cookie pieces folded into a creamy ice cream base.
- Salted Cracker Caramel: A sweet and salty mash-up made with flake salt, salted caramel ice cream, and homemade cracker candy (layer of chocolate, a layer of caramel, and three types of crackers – saltines, pretzels, and a buttery, round cracker).
- Salted Caramel Cookies & Cream: Sweet cream ice cream infused with chocolate sandwich cookies and a gooey swirl of salted caramel.
- Madagascar Vanilla: A perfectly light, sweet, and rich vanilla ice cream made with real Madagascar vanilla beans.
- Coconut Fudge (non-dairy): The fudgiest of chocolates blended with lush coconut cream and smooth coconut milk.
- Lemon Poppyseed (non-dairy): A non-dairy tart lemon ice cream with the subtle and nutty crunch of poppy seeds.

Clementine’s Ice Cream is a childhood dream of founder and CEO Tamara Keefe, who quit her high-profile marketing job in corporate America and cashed in her 401K to pursue her lifelong passion for making ice cream. Fueled by memories of an ice cream maker bought for her at a garage sale for $2, her childhood kitchen became everyone’s favorite ice cream parlor to visit on Sundays. Now, Clementine’s Ice Cream is a manifestation of that passion. The company’s local and national success is a product of Keefe’s love for ice cream and what it represents: family, community, and moments of connection, one scoop at a time.
