Unified Supply Chain, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of International Dairy Queen, Inc., recognized Galloway Classic Mix Partners in Neenah, Wisconsin; U.S. Foods in Montgomery, Alabama; H.C. Duke and Sons in East Moline, Illinois; and Alpha Baking Company, Inc. in Chicago with company awards for exemplary service.

Through strong alliances with supply chain partners like Galloway Classic Mix Partners, the Dairy Queen system has remained the treat category leader. Dairy of the Year Award recipient Galloway Classic Mix Partners is a subsidiary of Galloway Company, a leader in innovative liquid processing of concentrated dairy blends and sweetened condensed milk and the largest manufacturer of frozen dairy dessert mixes in Wisconsin.

Four-time Distributor of the Year Award recipient U.S. Foods received superior ratings in delivery performance and accuracy for franchisees throughout Alabama as determined by the monthly statistical reports that all USCI distributors are required to submit.  U.S. Foods has consistently provided phenomenal service and outstanding support to the Dairy Queen system.

Supplier of the Year Award recipient H.C. Duke and Sons is a manufacturer of ice cream and soft-serve making equipment. To be named Supplier of the Year, a company must demonstrate outstanding performance for delivery and support for DQ franchisees. Included in the judging criteria are performance accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, product innovation and service follow-up.

Recognized with the Vendor of the Year Award, Alpha Baking Company, Inc. is a major supplier of frozen bread and bun products to the foodservice industry. Alpha Baking Company worked closely with the American Dairy Queen research and development department to create the first ever frozen bun program for the Dairy Queen system, which has met with great success. Alpha also worked closely with the supply chain to ensure a quality product throughout the distribution process and upon delivery to the restaurant.
