Hamm joined Duck Donuts as the marketing director in 2016, overseeing all aspects of marketing, specifically focusing on actively developing and executing marketing strategies to raise awareness and grow the expanding Duck Donuts brand. Previously, she spent nearly 15 years at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, playing an integral role in launching large-scale branding initiatives ranging from multi-million dollar roller coasters to fully integrated, multi-platform marketing campaigns.
