El Pollo Loco, the nation’s leading fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain, opened its newest location in Rosenberg, Texas. The new restaurant, located at 23716 Southwest Freeway, is the seventh to open in the greater Houston area and 17th to open in the state of Texas.

The signature chicken is artfully prepared by El Pollo Loco’s Grill Masters and served in all of the company’s chicken meals and handcrafted entrees made with the freshest ingredients.
The new 3,940-square-foot El Pollo Loco in Rosenberg features 116 seats in the dining room and the brand's hacienda design with an open kitchen layout which allows customers to view the signature chicken as it is grilled.
El Pollo Loco is currently seeking highly qualified, multiunit operators in Northern California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas.
