In response to both customer feedback and the changing times, Elevation Burger is launching a new menu today.

The “better-for-you burger” brand, is responding to the increasing consumer demand for plant-based and gluten-free menu options by making the Impossible Burger, Daiya Dairy-Free Cheese, and the Udi’s Gluten-Free Bun permanent menu features.

The updated menu will continue to offer Elevation’s Signature Burgers and Sandwiches as well as more extensive “Build Your Own Burger” options. Starting with a choice of proteins (100% grass-fed organic beef, Impossible Burger, vegan burger, veggie burger, crispy or grilled chicken tenders), customers then can choose their bun, and toppings, which in addition to standard toppings (lettuce, tomato, sauces, etc.) include premium offerings like Swiss cheese, organic egg, bacon and sautéed mushrooms. Additionally, the new menu keeps kids in mind by adding an all new Kid’s Meal option so families can enjoy the better-for-you burger brand together.

“We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our customers and pivot based on their needs and desires,” says Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of FAT Brands. “This updated menu directly responds to what our customers are currently seeking, the ability to customize, meat alternatives and gluten-free options.”
