Elevation Burger, the Falls Church, Virginia-based burger franchise concept that features 100 percent organic beef and chicken, will open its first location in Plainview, New York, this fall. The Long Island location will mark the restaurant’s third franchise location in New York and over 60 locations globally.

“I first heard about Elevation Burger from friends who were actually driving nearly an hour to the nearest location in Westchester,” says Asif Siddiqui, franchise owner. “I couldn't understand the allure that would have people driving nearly an hour and decided to take my family to see what the buzz was about. I was extremely impressed with the brand’s dedication to providing quality 100 percent USDA organic beef and chicken at reasonable prices. I was immediately committed to the brand, its products and its value proposition.”

Elevation Burger uses 100 percent percent organic, grass-fed, free-range beef that is ground on-site at each of its restaurants. In addition to the Elevation Burger, the menu includes a vegan burger, a vegetarian burger, a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, salad, hand-cut fries made with 100 percent olive oil, and hand-spun milkshakes.
