With summer in full swing, between work, travel, and the beach, there’s not always a lot of time to take care of one’s self. Fitlife Foods, the Southeast’s leading fresh, prepared meals retailer, will be providing Westshore residents and business professionals a solution to save them time and gain energy.

Following successful openings in the Orlando and Wesley Chapel areas this past spring, Fitlife Foods will open its ninth location at Westshore Town Square in Tampa, Florida, on Thursday, July 28.

“It’s the time of year where people are in and out of town, trying to spend more time with their kids during summer break, who wants to think about cooking?” says David Osterweil, founder and CEO of Fitlife Foods. “Leave that to us: You’ll feel good, look good, and save your precious time for those things you really want to do. We want people to enjoy themselves this summer and all year round.”

On July 28 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fitlife Foods will be hosting their grand opening at Westshore Town Square. Tampa Bay residents are invited to stop in and enjoy a small complementary meal (while supplies last), plus meet Chef Andrew Ruga who will be firing up samples from their latest menu. In addition, attendees may take advantage of complementary wellness sessions with trainers, take a store tour, enter into Fitlife prize pack giveaways, and more.
