Fast-casual Freshii is joining forces with Equinox Fitness in Chicago to open a new location inside an Equinox Fitness center at 200 W. Monroe Street. Freshii franchisee, David Grossman, has additional Chicago stores slated to open in 2009, including locations at Water Tower Place and Block 37, and is in negotiations for several others.
