Jersey Mike’s has made the first January of the millenium “The Month of the Child,” at least inside it’s sandwhich shops. For the entire month, any child under ten will receive a meal consisting of a sandwich, a fountain drink, and a cookie, all at a very special price—free.

Four subs are available for Jersey Mike’s youngest customers–peanut butter and jelly, turkey, ham, and salami with cheese. Children who bring a teacher, parent, or any other adult are eligible.
