Orlando residents will be the first Floridians to enjoy Fresh To Order (f2o) when it makes the brand Orlando debut this week in Waterford Lakes Town Center in East Orlando. The restaurant will serve entrées, panini sandwiches, soups, and salads made-to-order in less than 10 minutes for around $10.
Fresh To Order’s chef-inspired food reflects bold flavors and high-end dishes such as Brown Sugar Roasted Pork Loin, Grilled Salmon with Black Bean Orange Sauce, and a host of gluten-free options. Other crowd favorites include the Salmon Panini with Roasted Corn Relish and Tarragon Aioli and the Spinach Salad with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Strawberries, and Seasonal Fruit.
“We’ve had our eyes on a Florida location for a while because of its sustained growth and an excellent business environment,” says Pierre Panos, Fresh To Order founder and CEO. “We know our menu is just what Florida and visitor families, students, and Millennials are looking for when they dine out, and Orlando is the perfect city for us to start our Florida development in.”
Fresh To Order is seeing growth as it continues expansion across the Southeast. Most recently, Fresh To Order opened its first Nashville location and has other restaurants in development, including Charlotte, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Knoxville, Tennessee; and additional Nashville and Atlanta-area locations where the restaurant concept is headquartered.
The Orlando location is owned and operated by restaurateur Giriam Patel. Patel is a former Golden Corral franchise owner and has signed on to open eight Fresh To Order restaurants in Orlando.
“I can’t wait to bring the Fresh To Order concept to Orlando and introduce local foodies to our great menu,” says Giriam Patel, president of GIRDAR LLC, the area developer for Fresh To Order actively seeking additional locations in metro Orlando. “I am confident they will love the food for both lunch and dinner.”
