To celebrate the occasion, Garbanzo will offer a special deal – $10 Handheld Meals that include any handheld entrée with a choice of protein (excluding steak), fries or chips, and a refreshing fountain drink. Owned and operated by Aditya Sirpal, a seasoned restaurateur with a passion for bringing healthy and delicious Mediterranean cuisine to New Jersey, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh in Delran is set to diversify the local dining scene. Aditya’s journey began with a realization of the lack of healthy and flavorful Mediterranean options in the area. Inspired by his own experiences traveling and tasting the diverse cuisines of the Mediterranean region, he decided to open a restaurant that would bring those flavors to his hometown. With a background in IT, Aditya shifted gears from his Master’s Degree in Computer Science to follow his culinary dreams, leveraging his early experiences in kitchens and a successful track record running an Indian Bistro for the last decade.
