Villa Enterprises Management Ltd. Inc., the global multi-concept restaurant franchisor, announced the grand opening of its first Green Leaf’s and Bananas quick-service restaurants in Colorado at the FlatIron Crossing Mall in Broomfield. These two new concepts join the Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen location that opened in the food court in 2011.
The concept will feature Green Leaf’s salads, panini sandwiches, and wraps, and a limited Bananas menu, offering fruit smoothies and juices. Unique to this location, Green Leaf’s and Bananas will also serve baked goods, including bagels, pastries, and more, for breakfast.

The FlatIron Crossing Mall is an indoor regional shopping center featuring a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and is located between Boulder and Denver.
The newest Green Leaf’s and Bananas location joins nearly 50 corporate and franchise concepts in shopping centers, airports, college campuses, and casinos worldwide. In addition, Villa Enterprises Management currently operates more than 330 concepts across 38 states, as well as in Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, and seven additional countries.
