With a name inspired by its flagship creation, the Orange Taco (brisket taco), Orange Taco (the company) was founded in 2022 by a talented dynamic duo (Houston and Macleod Adegoke) with the ambitious goal to “create a culinary symphony, harmonizing bold flavors with distinct textures and aromas for an experience sure to delight visitors of all ages,” the founders say. The founders continue: “our obsession with perfection led us to curate a menu using carefully selected ingredients, guaranteed to take your palate on an unforgettable, blissful journey. At Orange Taco, diners can expect a contemporary approach to the timeless Mexican staple, where each dish is a testament to culinary expertise and quality craftsmanship. Among the many dishes on offer are the namesake Orange Taco – tenderly roasted beef brisket, tossed in caramelized orange barbecue sauce, served with red pickled onions, avocado aioli, and fresh orange zest – and Fancy Chicken – sautéed chicken served with crispy bits of bacon, buttermilk ranch, basil aioli, shaved Monterrey Jack cheese, micro-green, fresh lemon zest, and dill.
