In response to the growing demand for vegan options, Island Fin Poké Co. announced the launch of a new vegan menu item: the Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl. Available at every location, Island Fin Poké Co. is offering this plant-based bowl on their menu while supplies last. 

Crafted with the freshest ingredients and inspired by Hawaiian flavors, the Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl is a creation that showcases Island Fin’s dedication to catering to diverse dietary preferences. Mark Setterington, CEO and founder of Island Fin Poké Co., expressed his excitement about this new menu addition, saying, “The Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl is our new way of reaching out to guests who may not typically opt for our bowls. It’s an opportunity to showcase our creativity and commitment to offering something extraordinary for our vegan community.” 

The Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl features a choice of base, including white or brown rice or spring mix, accompanied by Island Fin’s plant-based version of ahi tuna. Complemented by edamame, corn and sweet onions, the bowl is then drizzled with Island Fin’s signature marinating sauce, Wicked Wahine. Finally, this bowl is topped with pineapple mango salsa, cucumber, pickled veggies, nori, tempura crisps, crispy garlic and a generous drizzle of Ono Ono finishing sauce. 

“This bowl was created because we want everyone dining with us to have an option that they love. This bowl will help people of all dietary preferences to enjoy healthy food that is unbelievably delicious,” adds Setterington.   

Island Fin Poké Co. continues to craft a diverse range of poké bowl options for its guests, including tofu, which is also vegan-friendly. Other alternatives include spam and traditional fish options like tuna, salmon, shrimp and octopus. Moreover, most of Island Fin’s gluten-free menu allows guests to customize their poké bowls even further, according to their individual preferences. 

In addition to the Faux Ahi Tuna Bowl, Island Fin Poké Co. plans to continue to introduce several limited-time offer bowls throughout the year, each showcasing unique flavors and innovative ingredients.
