JARS by Fabio Viviani, the innovative single-serve dessert concept founded by global celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, announced the brand is growing internationally and has recently signed a 60-unit Master Franchise Agreement for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

This strategic partnership with award-winning and accomplished multi-unit franchisee, Haj Atwal, is a huge milestone for the brand and its growth. Atwal is an established multi-unit franchisee with a large quick-service sandwich concept franchise and is now looking to JARS to expand his portfolio and grow alongside the brand internationally. Having experience in taking a U.S-based brand and building it to become a powerhouse in the UK, Atwal and his team believe JARS has the capability to become a thriving concept all over the world.

“With over 25 years in the franchise industry, I’ve encountered countless concepts, but JARS stands out as truly unique. After meeting the JARS team and Fabio in person, the vision of bringing JARS to the UK and Ireland became crystal clear. The brand provides exceptional support for rapid expansion, making it a true game-changer in both the dessert and franchising realms. We are thrilled to be at the forefront of JARS’ international journey and can’t wait to witness its resounding success.” says Atwal.

Renowned for his culinary brilliance and mastery of hospitality, Fabio Viviani has garnered a worldwide following of food enthusiasts. His ever-growing empire, which currently includes prestigious restaurants, bestselling cookbooks, and media appearances, has set the stage for his latest venture—JARS by Fabio Viviani – as the brand establishes itself internationally.

“I couldn’t be happier to expand JARS internationally and enter the UK market for the first time in partnership with Haj with his vast experience in franchising,” says Fabio Viviani. “This is a major stepping stone for our growth as a brand, and I am excited to take this leap overseas. I cannot wait for what this has in store for us.”
