Joella’s Hot Chicken, the Louisville-based fast casual restaurant known for its hot chicken and made-from-scratch Southern sides, will celebrate National Hot Chicken Day with a free Jumbo Tender giveaway. When guests purchase a Chicken Plate, Big Sammie, or Salad on March 30, they have the option to add a Jumbo Tender, at no additional charge, spiced at their favorite heat level.
Hot chicken is one of Yelp’s top eight food trends to try in 2021, according to the Yelp 2021 Trend Forecast which shows their review mentions were up 60% for hot chicken in 2020. Joella’s is the largest hot chicken brand in the U.S. and leads the “heat pack” with its six different spice levels. Guests can order their chicken with no heat (Southern) all the way to Fire-In Da-Hole made with the Carolina Reaper, one of the hottest peppers in the world!
The free Jumbo Tender offer is good on March 30 only and is available for in-store, phone, and online pick-up orders. It is not available for delivery or any Doordash orders. All Joella’s locations in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, and Florida are participating in the offer (with the exception of the Seminole, Fla., location which is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).
