As KFC continues to serve customers via delivery, drive thru and carryout, its priority remains the health and safety of its employees and customers. Here are some additional measures to increase the health and safety of consumers and employees across the U.S.:

  • Distribution of thermometers with infrared contactless temperature scanners have been shipped to every restaurant, with temperature checks for every employee prior to their shift start.
  • Distribution of 13 million non-surgical, disposable masks for restaurant team members across the U.S.
  • Instillation of front counter shields in restaurants, providing a safety barrier between team members and guests.
  • Using a drive-thru extender payment pad to further limit contact between customers and employees.

In addition to continued safety measures, KFC has continued to support local communities through various giving initiatives. Recently, KFC provided one million pieces of chicken to their restaurants across the U.S. to help feed their local communities and partnered with Blessings in a Backpack to combat child hunger amidst COVID-19.

KFC also continues to serve customers across the U.S. via drive-thru, carry-out, and free delivery across the U.S. through April 26 via kfc.com, Grubhub.com or Seamless.com.
