Killer Burger has announced the opening of a new location in Portland, the brand’s fourth restaurant in the market and its ninth corporate location overall. A soft opening for online and third-party ordering only is planned for the week of January 18 with the grand opening slated for the following week of January 25. Walk-in orders will be accepted the week of the grand opening.

Located at 325 NE Russell Street in the heart of northeast Portland, the 2,600 square foot space will have prime access and visibility to Russell Street and the busy Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Just like other Killer Burger locations, the Russell Street restaurant will offer the fan favorite burgers and craft beers.

“We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the New Year than with this opening,” says TJ Southard, founder and CEO of Killer Burger. “The people of Portland have been nothing but good to us since first opening our doors in the Hollywood District in 2010 and we wouldn’t be here without them. We look forward to bringing our perfect burger experience to northeast Portland and recruiting even more Killer Burger fans.”

In accordance with health guidelines, the new Russell Street location will only be offering takeout, and delivery until further notice. The restaurant will follow strict cleaning protocols in accordance with state recommendations and all employees will wear protective masks.

Following its “commit to the burger” operating principle, which embodies everything from burger menu innovation to how the burgers are prepped and eaten, Killer Burger’s menu contains a mix of classic and original tastes. All burgers are served with fries and come topped with bacon and select proprietary sauces. And, with the example of fan favorite Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon Burger, creativity and tradition collide perfectly on the menu.

Originating in Portland, Killer Burger has made its mark with its meticulously crafted and award-winning burgers that redefine the true American diner burger. Now with 12 locations across Oregon and Washington, the brand has its eyes set on expanding its presence in the Pacific Northwestern region and beyond over the next five years through strategic franchising efforts.
